What to expect at your first Society 22 gathering
Walking into a room of strangers is easier than it sounds. Here's how an evening with us unfolds, from the moment you arrive.

Most of our guests arrive alone. Some have been to a hundred networking events and are tired of them; others have never been to one at all. Within the first half hour, almost everyone is deep in conversation. That isn't luck. It's how the evening is designed.
Arrival
A host greets you by name at the door, hands you a welcome drink and introduces you to someone you're likely to get along with. There's no badge to wear and no list of job titles on the wall. You're simply a guest.
The room
We keep every gathering small, usually thirty to forty people. That's large enough to meet someone new every time you turn around, and small enough that by the end of the night you'll recognize most of the faces.
No one stands alone for long. That's the one rule our hosts never break.
The rest of the night
There are no speeches and no pitches. Some evenings have live music, a shared dinner or a single question passed around a fire, and the rest is conversation. Leave when you like; most people stay longer than they planned.
